Notice:
1. Some games support controller need to select 'controller mode' in game settings before using the controller to play. For example: Genshin Impact (iOS), COD.
2. Under iOS mode, it supports 'Genshin Impact', and does not support 'PUGB Mobile'.
3. Under Android mode, both 'Genshin Impact' and 'PUGB Mobile' are not supported.
4. In 'D3' mode on Android, it does not support macro programming function.

Note:
1. During charging, the charging LED light keeps on, but still can't power on the controller. Then you need to press the RESET key to reset the controller.
2. During charging, there is no LED light on the controller. That means the charging cable is dead, please use another charging cable. There will be a LED light stays on while the charging cable works.
3. If the controller has been connected to other devices, when you use the controller again, please clear the Bluetooth name of the device and reconnect it, otherwise it may not work.
4. If the button/joystick can't work or some of buttons/joystick can't work, please check if the Bluetooth pairing mode is successful.
5. Q: I can't connect my phone with gamepad again even the Bluetooth shows has connected.
A: Delete or remove the Bluetooth connection on the phone and reconnect it.
